Blue Paddle Consulting maintains a strong commitment to staff knowledge and professional development, ensuring that all staff members are registered with the Ontario College of Teachers (or equivalent) possessing expertise in an area of special education and/or possessing expertise in a field that directly supports compliance of the AODA (e.g. UEB transcriptionist, Orientation and Mobility Specialist).Blue Paddle Consulting has also worked with a variety of ministry based organizations and many Northwestern Ontario's First Nations on special education projects that have led to historic and advantageous outcomes for clients. Of these projects, Blue Paddle Consulting has assisted clients prepare evidence towards the 2016 First Nation Youth Inquest (Thunder Bay, ON) and develop advocacy plans for social inclusivity and racism pertaining to First Nation youth in the city of Thunder Bay.
