When I was looking into having a central air unit installed Steve from Reynold's Gas Services came over and went over everything. His attention to detail and comprehensive understanding of his product helped me make the decision on what model I wanted to purchase and where it should go.
The next week the product was installed and it immediately started pumping cold air into the house. Later on in the evening I noticed that there was a bit of a vibration with a louder sound that I hadn't heard during the day. I called up Steve and he immediately informed me the possible reasons for the sound and offered to come over right away to fix it.
After he diagnosed the problem he fixed it in no time and made sure that the sound/vibration was gone.
I am very impressed with his expertise, attention to detail, and willingness to ensure that we are completely satisfied with our product and his service. He was professional, upbeat, and a pleasure to deal with.
I will definitely be referring Reynolds Gas Services to all of my friends and neighbours.
Steve installed a bbq gas line for me and he was very professional. He also offered to help me relocate the BBQ up the stairs to the patio which was great so I didn't have to take it apart and relocate it myself. Excellent work, friendly service and very helpful. Steve gave me a cost estimate over the phone, and explained the different options to me. When he arrived, he didn't cut any corners, and all of his work was to code. The total price was actually slightly lower than what he had given me on the phone.

If anyone needs Sales, Service, or Installations, Steve Reynolds is your guy. We had him come to our home on the 11th of August to install a gas stove, and with the amount of drywall in his hair it wasnt an easy task, to say the least. He was very kind and made sure that all the measurements and specs were to standard or better! He made it easy for me to understand what he was doing and showed me step by step everything from installation to emergency shut offs. Please if you need anything give this gentleman a call, you will not be disappointed!!

I wish to thank Steve Reynolds for his prompt service on April 26,2011. He returned my call within the hours at 9PM. He spent 1/2 hour walking me through my furnace (which he had never see). His knowledge of the equipment was very impressive. He brought peace of mind to my wife who had concerns about possible water leaking into the Furnace.
