Do you value your computer? If so, do not take it to this location or you will be lied to by the type of man who has a deep seated fear of lettuce. Anthony, the current manager of the store, outright lied, laughed in my face, and spent time defining what a period means in a sentence instead of doing anything productive. Expect 8 weeks minimum for any repair with zero contact, absolutely no follow-up and hidden costs they refuse to itemize until its too late.
Terrible customer service, dishonest manager. I went in, ready to purchase $1200 of computer parts. I asked if I could price-match Mike's Computer Shop (online), for a total difference of $60 on the purchase. The manager lied and said Mike's was out of stock. When I called his bluff, he got defensive and started lying about the store's pricematch policy--telling me they only pricematch locally unless you shop online through their website. I walked out, taking my $1200 and future business with me
I called from right around the corner and they were not willing to stay open for 2 extra minutes. I knew exactly what I needed and had been to two other stores. Terrible customer service!
I bought a reconditioned computer which would not turn on. When my son returned it two days later (within the 14 days permitted) they charged him $5. to look up the transaction on their computer. They did replace the computer, but when he asked to open the box and make sure this one worked, they wanted to charge $60.00 to do so. That is gouging in my opinion, and terrible customer service. I will not use this store again and will tell my friends about this experience.
