I will definately use Affordable Comfort again. In the last year I tried calling several other companies to help me with my heat pump and it didn't work out. From no shows to no evening or weekend appts. Everyone from Affordable Comfort were friendly and happy. They answered the phone quickly and took the time to listen to me. I got a quick appt and they were on time. The technician (Hannah) was great. She was pleasant and polite. She was able to fix one of the heat pumps quickly and diagnosed

Yikes today is April 16th 2025, and Wow!! we had Robert (another ROB) over to our home to discuss our options for a new furnace. What a professional, concise, friendly, courteous, sales person. He answered all of our questions, gave us complete information, took his time to explain what was going on with our old Geothermal furnace, and all of the options, that we needed to know.
