When you call, they just say "hello", no company name or anything. I asked if it was SCC Custom Pressing and they told me to hold on. Then some guy comes on the phone and sounds high AF, mumbling every word. So unprofessional over the phone that I wouldn't bother taking my business there. I said nevermind then hung up. If you can't even be professional over the phone when booking orders how could I trust you with my order?
