Durham Optometric Clinic

Terrible - I booked an appointment with this company and was clearly told my appointment was for 9:15 a.m. When I arrived at the location the door was locked and no one was answering the phone. The hours of oportation state that they are open at 9:00 a.m. everyday. Roughly at 9:28 the receptionist arrived and I called again. She went on to explain that the doctor does not arrive until 9:40 a.m. and there must have been a mistake. Thank you for wasting my morning - happy Friday.
