I have, on many occasions, purchased carpeting from Decorama Flooring and in every instance, it has been an exceptionally pleasant experience. Superb value, exemplary service and fabulous selection. In my mind, Decorama Flooring & Rugs in Ajax is simply the best. I don't shop anywhere else for my carpeting and flooring needs. As a family-run business, I have found few businesses who can compare in terms of service and value.

Would NOT recommend this company to anyone. Yes their prices are great but their customer service is horrible! We were looking to get our stairs done, paid well ahead and when installation time came we were told we owed more money on top of what we had previously paid. When we called the company to further discuss the issue he told us to bad in short form and quote on quote said "Do you want us to do the carpet or not" I am discussed with this service! Customers beware!!
