Went in to get my cat shaved knowing she had to be put under, but nobody told me to be put under she had to have an empty stomach. So since she had eaten, I was told to reschedule and come back another day. Charged $74 for that. When I questioned it, the manager told me she spoke to the vet, who told her I took my cat there for another reason altogether. Lost a customer and I will never recommend CNAH to anyone anymore. Very bad customer service.
