Campbell's Plumbing

Recently we hired this company to perform a couple of jobs in our home. We were extremely pleased with their customer service, we were given a time frame to have the jobs done and they were here as promised. The jobs were performed efficiently and effectively and we would highly recommend Campbell's Plumbing if looking for a plumbing company. Also important to us was being able to speak with a knowledgeable Office Manager with our queries and concerns.

Companies been around a long time my grandfather used them, fixed the problem we had at more then a reasonable price.

AMAZING COMPANY!!

I was just looking up Campbell"s #, and noticed a few reviews, so i thought i'd read them. My parents have used Campbell's for over 20 years, and they have never had one complaint about them. Now that I have my own house, I am choosing them to come take care of a few problems I have. I can't believe the last review I just read, doesn't sound like Campbells at all. They have always taken care of my parents plumbing, and were always pleasant, helpful, quick service, and great prices my dad always said. So i would suggest Campbells to anyone, and I have, and my friends were also very pleased with Campbells!!!!!

Completely unreliable

We contacted these folks to help us out when we were without water and ended up wasting three full days before we had to start over with a different company. After letting them know we were ready for them to come and do the job we had the following experience: Day 1 - They said they would call back in a couple of hours and didn't end up calling until 24 hours later. Day 2 - They called to say they would have someone come and start the work, stayed home all day, nobody showed up. Got a call at the end of the day saying they couldn't make it but would be there the next day. Day 3 - Stayed home again and got a call stating that again they wouldn't be able to make it and would be able to come the next week. Between the time lost waiting for these guys, the weekend, and a reasonable 1 day lead time for another contractor, I earned myself 7 days without water. The most important thing for any business is to properly manage expectations and follow through on your commitments. If I could give zero stars I would.

Great Service

Campbells helped me complete a bathroom renovation in my basement and we recieved excellent service and the plumber did excellent work. The job was completed in an appropriate time
