St Vital Unisex St. Vital Centre

I went there for my haircolor , showed a lady exact photo of what i wanted it was ash grey, she said she has been working there from last 10 years and i trusted her , She colored my hair golden instead of ash grey i showed her the same photo again that this is what i wanted she said she ll redo it i agree, 2nd time she did ash brown . Worst experience, 0 star for this salon. Will not recommend at all. Money gone wasted .

If I could give it a zero I would. I went in to get a trim, about 1/2 an inch taken off. She cut off over 2 inches. I said I wanted it to cover the tops of my ears. She cut off so much that what was left stills straight out. I mentioned to her that it was quite short and she told me that was just because it was wet. She blew it dry and did some sort of funky styling on the top. I didn’t have a funky style when I came in. Now it looks like a mans style. WILL NEVER GO BACK.

I cannot express how bad the service here is. The lady who did my eyebrows removed 5 millimeters extra m one side. I actually measured from a scale. My eyebrows are now uneven and wonky. I explained to her (please don’t remove the hair from the centre) and she just waxed a whole chunk from the middle! To top it off the front desk staff is beyond rude. One lady was extremely obnoxious and just plain rude! I’m so disappointed and honestly upset that it will take months for my eyebrows to grow back

not a great first impression

I was a first time client to the salon. My first impression was not the greatest. The negatives: 1 - stylists using their cell phone in the salon - either go outside the salon or use a staff room 2 - lots of hair on the floor - someone could have used a broom and dust pan to clean up - leaves an impression that staff don't take pride in their work or their workplace 3- the manager was on his cell phone in the salon - please use an office or go outside the salon 4 - long wait to see the stylist - the receptionist needed to tell me right away if I had to wait. A receptionist came up to me and gave me the option of seeing someone else or re-booking - she could have offered me coffee or reduce the price of the salon service. Positives 1- I liked my haircut 2- the stylist apologized for the wait 3 - the stylist was friendly and personable I will give the staff one more chance - and it's ONLY because I liked the haircut I got.

Horrible Hair Color

I wanted to go lighter, either color or highlights. so the hairdresser suggested coloring my hair. The hairdresser just use corrective color first and then only color my roots. She didn't color the rest of my hair. Also, she started working on two clients. Two and half hours later, I got my hair washed by a different hairdresser. My hairdresser didn't blow dry my hair and comb it. Even tho, I ask her to blown dry it, she said I didn't say that from the beginning. So she just put me under a blow dryer chair. Then, I got tired of being there because I wasn't happy. I pay 285 to only to color the top of my head! So when I got home, my hair color is uneven. Top looks lighter, some spots are dark..It look like a color box it. I will never go back there again.
