Driver again phoned me, given direction once again for the buzzer code and he left not delivering the items. The buzzer code is on the account and on the label which once again was not looked at. He left without buzzing into the apartment block. Called complaint in and tried to explain concern and was told the driver would make a second attempt despite he never made one the first time
TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE and the drivers are lazy. Dropped my package on the ground rather putting it in the mail box, didnt bother ring the bell, and of course got stolen. They take a picture of the idem being drooped off. but from the other comments im reading I think is just a scam. wink,wink
They delivered it to the wrong location. My business has more than one location and they delivered it to the opposite location that I work at. The employee who took the package looked and saw that the address was different and tried to give the package back to the driver but he wouldn’t take it and ran away.

THIS COMPANY HAS NO COMMON SENSE DOESNT KNOCK OR RING A BELL WHEN PACKAGE IS HERE AND NO REGARD FOR DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS. I CAUGH KN CAMERA ONCE AGAIN THEY DROP THE PACKAGE TAKE A PIC AND LEAVE AND SOMEONE STOLE MY PACKAGE CONTACTED DYNAMAX AND THEY SAID THEY DONT HAVE TO THEY COULD CARE LESS I HAVE HAD TO STOP ORDERING FROM AMAZON BECAUSE THEY USE THIS COMPANY
