Originally the service was great!
We were told the trees were no problem, hooked up during the summer. But after a couple years I had to suddenly cut a hole in my tree line as it now required Line of Sight. When I asked the tech about it they couldn't explain it. Later it was explained by an ex employee that as they gained customers the radios lose efficiency.
Eventually even with the line of site service was horrible. The contract was a hassle, but got out due to poor service.
Constant outages and spotty connections due to foliage and tower interference. Not worth the headache, especially since the installation fee and contracts are outrageous. Avoid.
The promise of consistent internet hasn't proven true. The speed consistently drops over supper time/early evening. Moreso, we've had to call time and again to tell them we have NO service. I need the internet to be able to work from home, so have lost many hours waiting for them to get us back online. The most frustrating thing is the limited tech support hours: not being able to contact any one to fix it is exponentially more exasperating. A 24hr product should have 24 hour service.
