Come taste a yummy creation at Rick's Restaurant & Bar. This restaurant features a variety of pizzas for 11$ to 25$. You can get there by bicycle. They are in a dynamic area known for its nightlife.
Food is edible at best. They are located on base and they charge for delivery, on that very small base. We ordered pizza (terrible pizza) and the person we spoke to was very rude. We were told the delivery person was busy and we would have to wait 3 hours for delivery. We offered to pick it up (this is a very small base pick up was easy) and we were greeted by one of the rudest women I may ever have encountered. The food is overpriced, and not great. And the servicer we felt with was offensive.
Food is terrible, portion sizes are terrible, service is terrible, delivery on a military base that is minutes away from clients is terrible. They charge you $3 to deliver 2 minutes away. For one order of wings it takes 50 minutes to get it to you. If you order the lasagna you get a 2x2 inch piece for over $10. Just a terrible restaurant overall, don't waste your money.
Pretty much the skeeziest restaurant in the area. One of the only choices on a military base in an isolated area and he decides he's going to charge well more than the well known chains in town over 30 min away. Not only that but if you want delivery (on base mind you, max time a five minute drive), you had better be willing to pay a $3 premium. Sub par service, hours, food, and management at a premium price. Disgrace of a restaurant, disgrace of an owner.
