Lions Bay residents value their community as a peaceful, close-knit village, deeply connected to the natural West Coast environment, yet close to a major metropolitan area. The community has a strong sense of self-governance while desiring to stay connected to neighbours and partners in the region. The recent and dramatic pace of growth along the Sea-to-Sky corridor has created new challenges for Lions Bay.
