Waited 361 days for the service department to order and install seat heater in my 2019 Ford Raptor (black) (Yes, almost a year) Now I'm dealing with more incompetent Service department issues. Along with the Bodyshop.. B.S again. With my other Ford Raptor (Blue)one If you need a Ford go to the mainland or up island to buy it . Save your money and time. Don't deal with Carson auto group.
Had to bring my step dads car back twice just to get all the repairs finished, and it still looks mediocre.
Had work done on my 2018 gt. Car was not finish on agreed date. The job I asked for not complete. Cost more that agreed. Thought they did a bad job sloppy Never going to deal with them again.
Took my 2017 F150 truck in for ICBC repairs The work was poor and sloppy the service was garbage. The truck came out in worst shape than it went in . They managed to screw up so much i had to take it to a ( GM dealer ) down the street to get my Ford fixed. Wow!!.. a Chevrolet dealer fixing a Ford because Suburban couldn't fix the problem. Now i had to get warranty stuff done and few other things. So I had to take the truck to another Carson owned dealership
Chris Brooke’s, loyalty manager, called me into his office to get a better deal out of the blue. When I was there I questions Chris about previous sales tactics used. He then kicked me out of his office and yelled at me to leave. He was sexist, he judged me by my age and tried to parent me while in his office. He is an embarrassment to the company.
Second time with a full day appointment for diagnostic, second time car hasn’t been touched in 7 hours. I made appointment 2 weeks ago. I won’t be back.
We called on Friday to make an appointment for the next day, Saturday. However, Saturday . started out very badly. The person who made the appointment didn't know there was limited service on Saturdays and the work we needed may not be possible. This was made worse by the fact we travelled by ferry to get here. All is well that ends well, however. Alex somehow got the repairs done for us. He turned an unhappy customer into a happy one and we will come back....maybe not on a Saturday. Thank you
I would like to share my experiences with Suburban Motors. Taking the van for a service is not something I choose to do. It’s just one of the chores. However, this business is different. The service is excellent. All staff are friendly & professional. I could use other dealerships, but I always choose Suburban Ford. It is not a pleasant experience sometimes. It is a pleasant experience EVERY time.
I went in to Suburban Motors to test drive a vehicle that I had been researching. With their help, I ended up buying a different car, but one that fit my needs and style better. My experience there was first rate. I found them to be very knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.
