Tom at Rocky Mountaineer started it all off. I had a lot of questions and the first time I called he was on the phone with me for an hour and a half. Answered all my questions over and over again. THEN... once on the train the staff was top notch!!! Most professional that I have seen on any plain, train or public transport. The food was excellent. And then there was wine. What a lovely vacation. It made my husband turning 50 a very good thing. Thank you !!!!!

Our trip included the excellent Fairmont Hotels in Lake Louise and Banff, visits to mountain attractions and culminated in a final few days at the superb Fairmont Pacific Rim Hotel in Vancouver.
