The new manager of the dilworth fabutan is amazing!! It's so clean, well organized and professional! I have never had a problem there! They do their best to get you in when it best benefits the clients. They make sure to tell you about sales and they have amazing products there!!! 10/10 would recommend ONLY this studio to everyone looking :)

It's nice that Fabutan is now offering red light therapy - one of the few places in the Okanagan. However, don't go here expecting good customer service. The women here are disinterested, vacant, and rude! I just left after a red light session and the woman at the front was too busy on her cell phone to even be bothered to say goodbye when I loudly said "thank you!" As I walked out. Maybe try hiring people who don't have such bad attitudes ... Just a thought !
