Accents At Home Coquitlam Centre

Purchased Sofa and loveseat which were delivered defective items on Dec.13, 2022. The defective items were reported immediately to Accents at Home with photo documentation. The display in the store looks good but what you receive were poor quality with chemical smell that stink up the whole house. They have horrible delivery service and very poor customer service. Workers made a mess in the house and out of spite made sofa leg to split. Store wants to charge to fix the mess caused by delivery??

Horrible customer service. Didn't disclose their furniture has a P65 warning for containing formaldehyde nor did they think that selling cancer causing furniture was a reasonable cause for returning the item that reeked horribly of chemicals. Poorly painted and shabbily assembled, missing pieces that they continuously claim to be sending. For that price I really expected better quality, so disappointed with their products and especially their terrible service. Shop anywhere else!

I bought an area rug for over 400 dollars from the store. It was rolled up and wrapped up in plastic from top to bottom so that it was fully protected. I took it home, put it in the closet and figured out I did not need it. I never opened it, never took the protective plastic off and drove it to the Coquitlam location.
