Employee checked out due to less than acceptable room conditions.
A refund was requested for the remaining nights of the reservation & was refused. Effort was made to compromise with the offer of covering the night that the employee checked out on & the following day. Compromise was refused.
Would not recommend this hotel due to poor customer service.
