Shameful service today. Paid for my order at window 1. Get to window 2 and they are handing me the wrong order. Told them what I ordered and apparently I paid for the incorrect order. Value of paid order was the same. Manager began to argue with her staff that my order was initially what was being handed to me. I had to repeat myself for a third time. She then proceeded to waste everyones time by going through all orders and receipts! 15mins later, upset drive thru. People have to get work lady!
At first, I ordered 2 large Hot Chocolate and our order took so long that i was very late for school, plus when I arrived there, they actually gave me 2 large BLACK COFFEE, I shrugged it off due to the fact that they were very busy. Second, I ordered 2 Happy meals with wraps, they gave us the drinks and the boxes but with only fries inside, when I told them about it, they looked very pissed at me and would not believe what I said.
