It’s a shame that the miserable receptionist continues to drive customers away (me being one of them). It has nothing to do with my approach to her, I always come in cheery and friendly and expect the same in return. She is straight out rude and needs to lose her job. The other receptionist is an example of excellent customer service. Love the vets at this clinic, however I can choose what practice I like and I will choose one where the front staff seems to appreciate my business.
Have always taken our 4 pets to Piper Creek. Although the receptionist have never had the best customer service, the vets there have always been amazing.
