Just caught a cab back to Ruth lake lodge from the casino had to pay 91$ That’s in herd of but they argued me to the point I said fuck it and paid !! Never again let’s get rid of these guys or push them out by using another company

As a new visitor not familiar with the city of Fort McMurray Im counting on SUN Taxi to get me from point A to B!cab driver of 5 years driving could not get me from point A to B. No customer service resolution and will call you every name under the sun! Worst locally owned Cab company ever!shit companys like this is 1 of many reasons why Fort Mac has a bad reputation

Most drivers are unprofessional, rude, lack communication skills, no greetings at all, some seem quite unsafe.
List of problems with service:
-No greetings
-No professionalism of any kind
-Common rudeness create an unpleasant front/face for Fort McMurray Tourism or visitors
-Lack of communication that could lead to unsafe or unpleasant contact/dialogue
-Almost zero knowledge of costumer service skills
-Never apologize even when are at fault
Overall the poorest taxi service worldwide!
