A couple years ago I informed management that the shrubs on their property were dead or dying. They replaced most of the dead foliage. Today I look and the shrubs are dead or dying. Again. If you don’t know how to maintain your grounds, don’t plant anything at all. How do you expect water to reach the roots when they are smothered in bark chips? Either hire a maintenance company to look after the grounds or pave over. As a gardener, I’m appalled.
