I have been going to Canmore Vet Clinc since the early 90's. I just recently lost my Beautiful Cat after 19 years and my heart was broken. Sylvia was the Vet on duty that day and she was just wonderful with me. she was so caring with my Nikki and gave her such loving attention. I have since got two new kittens and I wont go anywhere else for there care. Amanda is amazing to actually you all are.
I have been bringing my cats there for the last 3 years and every time I do there is nothing but love shown to my pets. I recommend everyone I know to bring there animals there. I wouldn't trust any other Vet clinic. The staff there are very friendly and are very caring towards your needs and your pets. They even did a house call for us to send are kitty to mouseville bc we didn't feel comfortable putting her through the stress of traveling to the clinic during her final hours.
Just wanted to give a huge thank you to all the staff. We have been taking our four legged child to the Canmore Veterinary hospital for years and have had nothing but a positive experience every single time! Keep up the great work and thanks so much for caring and doing an outstanding job!

We have been taking our fur friends to the Canmore Vet Hospital since we got our first puppy in the Bow Valley (2009). Sadly, that puppy got sick very early. The doctors and techs were so incredibly supportive. They did everything they could to make him as comfortable as possible and they stood by our sides when we said goodbye. They are more like an extended family than a hospital. We couldn't be happier with them! Our new pup feels the same way!
I have been taking my furry family to the CVH for years now. The staff are very courteous and professional, but most importantly, they really care about all the animals. I cannot begin to praise the work they did on my first dog to help him overcome his fear of EVERYTHING, and when my second dog developed epilepsy they helped get it under control and we have been seizure free for 3 years now!!! This is a great clinic with a wonderful boarding facility and the best staff in the Bow Valley. A+++
I would give zero stars if I could! Discriminatory puppy party's and the girl running the puppy party talks to you like your stupid and has no knowledge of what she is doing and singles puppies out due to their breed and size! Attended one and left early as it was the worst experience I've ever had to go through. An employee told me they wouldn't even board their dogs there as the kennel staff are useless and incompetent. Picked up my dogs medical records and came across a comment that had been written in by Sylvia, the owner that was very unprofessional. She stated that she wasn't sure how much I heard or understood from a phone conversation and that she believed I was in denial that my puppy had epilepsy and just wanted someone to blame. I had spent a year watching my puppy suffer through 26 grand mal seizures I'm CERTAIN that I have never been in denial. Another thing that was ridiculous was that every time we would call to ask a question they wouldn't answer us or give suggestions and would say we needed to come in to talk to a vet, this was clearly so that they could charge us for an appointment and make money. You couldn't pay me a billion dollars to take an animal there. Disgrace.
