Duggan Mall Shopping Centre

i dont understand how businesses and shoppers put up with the ridiculous condition of certain areas of the parking lot. These pot holes are deep enough to cause major damage to vehicles. Some one directly in front of the car wash exit spread gravel to fill all the holes and more. The one by canadian tire has a crushed pylon sticking out of the hole. I noticed several close calls for accidents with drivers gping around this. This is true negligence upon the mall owners and they could be liable
