Boarded my senior cat recently for a 15 day stay. This is the third time I’ve used Springbank Pet Resort and each time I’ve been very pleased with the care given. Highly recommend.
Our dog Ember seemed so happy when she came home. In good spirits, healthy, and appeared to have had a great time. Well cared for and did not lose weight as she has at other care facilities. Over all, very pleased with her care and well being. Thank you soooo much!!!!!
Our first time boarding our girl, Maya and we are so happy with the experience. They have accepted her despite her anxiety. We definitely recommend them and we will board our girl again for sure.
Very thorough, like the add on's that I know my pup will enjoy. Also a great opportunity to get a nail trim, etc. Love that its connected to vet hospital
Our Cat Ginger has had many visits to Springbank Pet Resort and she is very happy there. One of the employees is Fran, and she is an exceptional cat expert and takes such great care of Ginger. We love it when Fran is there.
This was my first time leaving my 18 year old Bijon Shitzu with some one outside the family. Some one suggested to try Springbank Pet Resort.
I received emails and photos of my dog daily. The service and care my dog and I received was excellent.
Springbank Pet Resort is simply the best. They are absolutely amazing with my three dogs and my dogs absolutely LOVE going there! Everyone who works there is so fantastic ..... they truly love dogs and you can tell!
This was our first visit with our two dogs, and they did great! The drop off and pick up process is extremely organized and I think makes the anxiety of going to the kennel for the dogs much better. One of my dogs needed to see the vet during his stay for a small injury that happened prior to us going to the kennel, and it was so nice to know that he had access to the vet while he was there. Highly recommend!
Fantastic facility for our Missy. Great care and we feel very comfortable leaving her. When we pick her up she is always happy to see us but then sad to leave her new friends.
I know that when I leave Pippin there he will be well cared for in a clean well managed facility with professional well trained staff. My dog is always happy when we show up here. Thanks for taking such good care of my Jack Russel
We have boarded our pets (2 dogs, cat and gecko) for many years at Springbank and they have constantly provided excellent care. Recently our dashound developed a serious eye infection while being boarded at Springbank and the staff provided regular phone updates, arranged for him to get an appointment with the vet at their clinic next door and sent me photos. This greatly eased our minds until we could get home.
I have 2 small breeds that stay at the Springbank pet resort - Dolly my dachshund and Moses my yorkie. There are a number of positive things I appreciate about this place. To mention a few- CLEAN,ODOURLESS (big deal when you cater to a number of pets!) spacious, great staff and a very big deal that the ‘hours of business’ for pick-up and drop-off are extremely accommodating!
Thank you Springbank that I can trust and rely on a safe, healthy environment (indoors and out) for my furry babies. Yay!
We felt great about our choice to leave our kitten, Sylvia, here when I went away for my graduation. She given hours of 1 on 1 attention, and they were able to meet all her medical needs. Even though she had a kennel she hardly spent any time in it because they were either playing with or cuddling her! I just cant say enough good things about this place! They were so accommodating and thoughtful. Ill definitely be bringing her back!
The WORST customer service. Booked a grooming appointment ....they then changed the appointment day and time (which was a huge pain already) then they didn’t show up on the new day! After calling the resort they said their groomer quit last week but they didn’t even call....after I rearranged my whole week including paying childcare. They said they sent out a mass email.... NOT true. Checked my email and all I had was an upcoming appointment reminder for the day they no showed me. Stay far away.
Extraordinary facility; everything here is first class from the physical property to the staff. They have set the standard for what day-care / long stay kennels should be.
Thank you to all the staff and caregivers at Springbank Pet Resort for once again taking care of Finn and Sox, our two Catahoula Leopard Dogs. It is very important to us to know that our dogs are safe and well cared for while we are away. Without this peace of mind we would not be able to enjoy our vacation. We love the Instagram posts and appreciate the fast response to our emails when we check up on them every few days. They'll be back to visit again soon!
