We charge for the service, not the hour, so we are not at your home longer than necessary. We believe in honesty and respectful business practice. Our current services are residential house cleaning (monthly, weekly, bi-weekly) or end of lease term (move in or out cleaning). ?     I hired them for a move out clean and a carpet shampoo. After the cleaning I paid them for both services, with the carpet guy coming later that evening. He never showed and gave no warning. I called the owner to reschedule, and again he never showed or gave warning. Every time I contacted the owner for a refund on the carpet portion I was brushed off or ignored - I never got my refund. They did a great job cleaning, but their business practice is very shady.
