Do not give them your business
ordered bridemaids dresses, came in...wrong colour. They told us on the receipt that is what we ordered...who is looking at the receipt when we were all just talking with the girl how pretty they will be in the colour we wanted. So partically our fault, I guess you can't trust that people know what they are doing, always have to double check other peoples work. Colour scheme of the wedding accessories are going to have to be changed. You would think the manager would have some business sense and offer a discount or something...NO as she said basically it is our fault!!! What happened to the customer is always right, a good business pratice is to do whatever you can to keep the customer happy. Blissful Bridal does not care they have your money, they know you don't have time to order new ones...you are out of luck!!
