This was the worst customer service experience of my entire life, and I wasn't even a customer yet!! I walked in to see about having my taxes done and I could hear the owner belittling and cursing at one of his employees in front of another client! How disgusting!!!! I was so appalled by this man's behavior that I turned and walked out. If he can treat people that work for him like that then I can't even imagine how he'd treat clients or their information. I will never go back or recommend him.
