Such a wonderful clinic! It’s so nice to go somewhere that really knows exotic pets. The entire place feels like a big, happy family. My furkids and I absolutely love this facility! Every member of this team is professional, friendly, and always has your pet's best interest in mind. Dr.Tai does an incredible job of explaining in detail any issues that might be going on and treatment options you may have. I've always rec'd great follow-up following any major procedure and/or health concern of any of my dogs. All three of my furkids run into the place with tails wagging - which tells me they agree that this place is awesome!

This is definitely the vet that you should choose! I drive 3 hrs round trip just to utilize the excellent care offered by Dr. Ayres + clinic staff. The clinic is pristine, the staff are caring, informed, and knowledgable. I feel that I am always fully informed, and every time I have brought my pet for procedures I have received multiple follow up calls from both Dr. Ayres and the clinic staff to ensure that my pet was recovering well. I can't think of anything that they could do better!
