Staff and Dr.Zack are friendly, professional and organized. Yes, I’ve experienced long wait times but I don’t know why…maybe some people take more time as I noticed many people brought a second person into the room to interpret and other reasons as most patients are older. I use a wheelchair and can’t get out and I especially found everyone in the office go out of their way to accommodate my needs. He is a professional, well experienced and reduced my anxiety about my surgery. ?!!!

Dr.A.Tekle is an absolute amazing doctor!! He is kind, gentle, super friendly, respectful, funny, always happy, smart, trustworthy and very honest! I recommend him 100%!! I saw a review on here that wasn’t good. My experience was so wildly different. Dr. Musto is an excellent surgeon. Dr. Musto did my breast augmentation and my friend’s reduction. Our results were amazing and I had doctors compliment the job he did; how natural they looked. I would highly recommend Dr.Musto. In fact I plan on contacting him again to have my implants removed and get a reduction. The result of my friends reduction is absolutely beautiful.

Dr. Bloomberg is very good and knows what he is doing. The staff hooks you up to a heart monitor for 24 hours, you have tests of endurance it can be hard and annoying but his system is great. When you see Dr.Bloomberg at the end he already has answers for you.
I find him excellent.

Fabulous staff and so friendly. I phone for an appointment and someone answers the phone right away (after the usual speel about emergencies and such). I was new to Ladysmith a year ago so they were very helpful in setting me up for online lab services too. Never have to wait longer than 10 minutes for an appointment either. So glad they are nearby.
