I haven't tried anywhere else in the city because once I went here I didn't need to go anywhere else. My puppy comes for daycare on weekdays while we are at work and occasional boarding when we go on vacation. You can tell the staff really care about the dogs, know them all by name and treat them as if they were their own. It looks pretty clean, the staff are lovely + caring and my dog is always so excited when we get there (great sign!). I always recommend Designer Dogs pet Spa to all..

Everyone here loves seeing the pets. You can tell that they really care about pets. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats and have been coming here with the pets we had before these. Dr. Hughes helped us through several surgeries, serious illnesses and when we had to say goodbye they were so empathic and helped us to know we were doing the right thing. We would never go anywhere else. With COVID-19 they have been doing curbside - keeping everyone safe - so I cannot go in but my dogs pull to go in!

Our wee yorkie "T.J." started a terrible cough and was having trouble breathing.. Unfortunately our family vet was in surgery and not available on this particular day?. We called 4 other veterinary clinics in the area and all of them said "sorry, no appts available" we couldn't believe that even being an extreme emergency (difficulty breathing) we were being turned away! I went to Tower D on a recommendation after a bad experience with another vet. My cat hates his carrier, but won't come out at the vet. My old vet would drag him out by the scruff of his neck. At Tower Drive, great care, the dr actually took time to dismantle the carrier around him and remove the top, and then only lifts him out gently if he has to weigh him or otherwise needs to. I was impressed in so many ways with the gentle care at Tower Road. Also no extra unnecessary and duplicated tests.

Went there because they were the only vet that would take the appointment, unfortunately my pet had to be put down (this was the best decision for my pet). All the staff was absolutely amazing! I really loved everyone there, they were all just so nice and considerate. Even though I was there for something I didn’t want to be there for, all the staff there made it a bit better. I would highly recommend to anyone that wants good care for their pets.

Unbelievable care! We waited for over an hour outside in the heat but this clinic followed Covid rules to the letter and provided compassionate, informed care beyond our wildest dreams. Communication was incredible. The vet, Dr. Kuk, answered all questions, did not rush us despite how busy she was. This clinic called next day to see how our pet was faring with the prescribed medications and diet guidelines as she was bleeding from her rectum when we admitted her. Amazing.

I LOVE Petopia. My dog Dexter is on their unlimited daycare plan and it is an absolute lifesaver. Their hours are fantastic, they are so accommodating when I need to work late or if Dexter ends up needing to spend the night because of my crazy schedule. Best of all - Dexter always has a huge smile and tones of fun while he is there. He is pretty particular and has gotten bored at other daycares - but not at Petopia. These are real dog people and will treat your furbaby like it’s their own.

I am so pleased, thrilled, amazed, happy and any other positive word you can use to describe this animal clinic. Where I am from our vet was very hands on and knew everyones pet by name. You get that here.
I had just moved here and my little Moolah was having stomach issues. My husband and I researched vets in Toronto and we decided to give West Hill a try. We were not disappointed. Not only did they take VERY good care of Moolah but called and checked up on her. In my book that is way above typical standards. Not to many will do that anymore.
Just recently Moolah was having stomach issues again and was also showing visible signs of an infection. We went to the Emergency Hospital and they faxed the results over to West Hill. I got a call the next day from her vet Dr. Thompson asking how Moolah was and explained that she had Pyometra and in such a way we understood the risk and what exactly it was. Over a 3 day period it got worse and we had to do surgery.
Dr. Wood did an amazing job on her surgery. She had the proceedure done yesterday and today she is laying here on the bed with her baby heavily guarded. (Like her 2.5lb body is going to really protect it from me).
The staff is caring and amazing all around and I could not have found a better vet anywhere. We LOVE this place and are very happy to have them as our vet. They remind me of the vets we had at home.

The vet was really good with our Daisy, and when we couldn't save her, they were kind to us during the process of letting her go. We were never rushed at all. Have been with Drs. Teeger and Cormier at Secords for close to 30 years. They have diagnosed problems early and treated them immediately. One of my cats is approaching 21 years and they have successfully treated her breast cancer since March 2008. A few years ago my other cat had serious problems, so they brought in a cardiologist and ultrasound specialist to better diagnose and recommend treatment for him. They are progressive thinkers and hired a homeopathic vet several years ago to provide alternative treatments. Would not even consider going elsewhere.

My dog had spayed surgery here 1 week ago. The doctor is good, well skilled. They have done so many surgeries so lots of experience. The surgery went well. Now she is recovered very good. Only 1 week after the surgery, we can take her cone off and let her walk around the backyard. The stiches healing well. No problems at all.
My another dog had surgery at some other places and waiting time was 3 months, but here you can book it next week, so I'm happy with the short waiting time.
