Used this clinic today for the first time. We run a senior cat rescue and have an out of town foster with a senior cat. This clinic was an absolute dream to deal with. From the receptionist Courtney to the vet (sorry I’ve forgotten her name) they were so wonderful with TJ and fit us in promptly! I can't thank these people enough. There were no vet places open Saturday morning around 3:00am. We tried Hamilton (Were I'm from) no patients being taken.We then drove to Burlington and the same thing. The only service available was this one who told us they could see my dog. By the time we reached there my dog had passed away. They tried the best they could, but I know my dog was in pain and he died in my arms. Got my dog neutered they’re, they are all very well mannered and someone came out to assist us while we were waiting outside (due to covid) they took our dog (who loved her by the way) and explained the procedure. We left and they called us right after he went to sleep telling us he’s about to go in, then called us an hour later when he finished and told us he’s doing great. We got our dog back about 4 hours later and they gave us a manual explaining what to expect and what to do. Great service. Read more

Wow! Thank you to the amazing staff at Beatties Upper Centennial! Our Chihuahua was attacked by a 85lb German Shepard last night.
