I bought a new Traeger Ironwood 650 and after the first use had the paint pealed. After telling the staff at cobra what had happened, they immediately followed up with Traeger, and called me back the same day to assure me that I could pick up a new grill without issue. They manage to get my rush orders done within a day sometimes only a couple of hours! On a bad day the quality of the S/D joints are a 3/5. But at the expense of minimizing wait times for rush orders it is worth it for us.
