We have tried a lot of kennels for our dog, and this is the kennel that we recommend to all of our friends in the York region. The kennel is well priced, has good pick-up/drop-off times, and really take care of the animals being boarded. They walk the animals in their own yard, have play time and the place is clean.

A Pet Nanny Plus is an incredible service, and I highly recommend them for both dog and cat owners. Our nanny, Kristen, visited both our pups daily and left detailed notes. She was honest with each note she left, letting us know of any behaviour or medical issues if they arose. She was caring, kind, and patient with our rescue dog Tux, and gave our Fran lots of love and attention as well. We are moving, and I will greatly miss their professionalism and services. The Hound Lounge has been a life saver for us and our wild puppy Wally!
She always has an amazing time and comes home exhausted from a full day fun with her friends.
She can be very energetic and unfortunately she tore her pad from running around the first time she there. After speaking with the team they were very responsive and have since always assured me they will be on top of her and help her to calm down when she gets a wee bit wild. she has never had a that problem again!
