I ordered online # of catfood & other cat items for home delivery as I am unable to drive. When I recd the box of items, it was missing 1 of 4 mega pack of dentabites. I called the Regent store as that is where delivery items are pkgd & sent out & spoke to the Mgr.To resolve he arranged to have the missing pack plus 1 more delivered to me even though I live on the other side of the city. which far exceeded my expectations. I have been a customer for more than three years and am very happy with the service. One old dog, now deceased, had serious health issues, including blindness and severely sensitive skin. Other groomers had given up on her because of her cranky attitude and risk of seizures due to stress. Fran was very patient and understanding, doing a great job for just a few dollars extra. I recently had my dog in for a spring clean up after I read the previous review. I was able to go through the entire visit along with my dog. The whole winter coat was cleared away when Bev noticed an abcess at the base of his tail. She was careful around it and I did take bj to the vet. I don't know if it was extra vigilence that noticed the small abcess or regular careful-ness but I am grateful. bj looks great and it was nice to be able to see exactly what was being done to him.
