Very disappointed. Not one single salesperson approached to offer help. I was needing something for an event. Clothes were beautiful but I will take my money elsewhere.

I went to Shepherds looking for a new spring look, especially in jeans and everyone knows what a humbling experience this can be, but I was lucky enough to be met by Sunny. She encouraged me to try styles slightly beyond my comfort zone, but the whole time working with my age and body shape. Then she made suggestions for coordinating the look and showed me how to accessorize. I love the look she put together, it felt right. Never did I feel any sales pressure, she worked with me and heard me, was always very positive. There was an instant rapport, almost like shopping with a friend.
