Great place that delivered great work. They gave me exactly what I wanted for a price that beat all other quotes from shops across the city. I highly recommend their services.

If I could give this place a zero star rating I would. The store itself is a complete dive and the employee I dealt with was rude at best.... not to mention the completely out to lunch pricing I was quoted. 150$ for 3 rings that are soldered together to be rhodium plated... everywhere else in the city charges 60-80$ for the same thing. Will never recommend this place to anyone.

My promise ring was resized at rings and things, while resizing they lost the sapphire on the ring. I was told to go in so it could be replaced. The clerk was extremely rude saying it's common that they loose pieces of people's precious jewelry. Told me the sapphire in my ring was small because My ring was "too cheap" and that "this is life, get used to it". Awful service and poor quality work.
