New Island Chinese & Japanese Restaurant

Im quite a regular here and every time I come in they have been less than pleasant. made an order to pick up and they didn’t give me half of what I ordered! When I called they didn’t pick up which is a normality for this restaurant. So I called the next day about my missing food and they said they couldn’t do anything for me because it was too late and hung up on me. Big thumbs down; even though the food is okay, the service is so horrible I won’t be coming here again

I go here at least once if not twice a month. Food is amazing! All you can eat for a great price! I love being able to try new things, their menu has a lot of options. Staff is very kind and the service is always quick and professional! The restaurant itself has a homey feel, I recommend this place to everyone I know!

Horrible experience Food was ok but the service was terrible Beginning till the end they were so rude the order was never right always didnt give 1-2 sushi for each order I ordered a salad and it was just chopped up lettuce with just a little bit of dressing, so i asked if i could get more dressing, the server just said no with the worst facial expression ever and walked away These people make sushi taste bad

Great place if your in the mood for all you can eat sushi. Definitely worth the price! Favorite sushi roll is Dynamite, you'll love it! But honestly, I've never had a bad thing off the menu. And don't forget to leave some room for their mango ice cream, it's the best!!
