Delta Hotel

don' give out wrong info and say I can't stay

This is nerve racking I reserved a presidential room for my girlfriends birthday wanted it to be special got the hotel to order flowers chocolate and all. It's not like I just reserved just any room and the lady took my prepaid credit card and it's been booked for over 3 weeks and I made plans around this and I pull up to the hotel to pay for everything today and they tell me I need a credit card I could give them 3 grand deposit but no need a credit card what do I do now I hope people actually read this I'm not impressed they could have told me when I called 3 weeks ago not on the special day
