They charge $200.0 whether they fix it or not. The technician doesnt know what he is doing. (he admitted he doesnt use a computer to search for help)It took 6 months to get my antique mantel clock back and when I did I found the glass face hinge damaged, two screws protruding through the wood on the front, the gong wasnt sounding the same. It worked for a while then it stopped. Incompetent and shoddy work. I took the clock elsewher. No charge to assess the problem and it was fixed in 1 week.
