I bought a modular from Western in Red Deer nothing but problems the floor moves the breakers dont work the stoppers in the sink wont work the trim falls off it is a cheaply made piece of junk and I recommend that you do not buy these overpriced cardboard houses.
I bought a new SRI home within the last month from Best Buy Homes in Saskatoon. This beautiful home is now sitting on my acreage. I couldn't ask for any better or friendly service from start to finish. Big thanks to Scott & Staff at Best Buy.... the movers, Tyler wasn't happy till I was happy, Wally, your abilities to get these homes set where the customer wants them is epic!!!

We bought house build by you from Western Canadian Modular in Red Deer.
House was ready in October and still not delivered.
We were promised to get it lots of times but still not there yet.
Their attempt to deliver was completely unprofessional. They promised to start delivery at 8 AM but didn't start till 11, after they realized they need permit to go on a road (they never did it before???), so they waited till 1 PM, and at 4 they got there and stacked due to heavy rain. Unavailable, inconsiderate. Unreliable. Our experience has been difficult to comprehend. Retiring should be a pleasant experience when choosing a suitable space to enjoy. This has been nothing but drama, incompetence, and half truths, if you will. This has been a sad choice so far. We have a lot of fixing before calling this home.
