Promises not fulfilled
SDO renovation installed my windows. Months later, two of the windows needed adjustment and one window had condensation all winter. I called David and he said that he would send someone to adjust the missing piece and fix the condensation problem. (The windows are still on the warranty) it’s been more than 6 months that I’ve chasing him. He promises to come but does not show. Be aware!
SDO renovation replaced all the windows and doors in an 80 plus year old home we purchased in Montreal. The owner advised us on style, function, colour...everything. It was one of the easiest parts of our huge renovation project.
