I specifically asked them to send someone to clean out the main drain of my home. The plumber arrived at my home and then spent 20 minutes in his truck and then called his boss as he did not have the right equipment. Then he waited for the boss to show up another 15 or 20 minutes. He worked for about an hour and presented me with a bill which included the time he was looking and waiting for the equipment. I refused to pay that portion and will never deal with them again.

I called to install my new dishwasher they sent "Sylvien" he was very slow it took for him 2 hr to install Everything from previous dishwasher was in place ( the water pipe , drainage pipe) he just need to connect to the new one, two times he went to bring a tool from his car and each time it took for him 15min to find it. after two hr he finished the installation and it cost for me 340$ , every 15 min 42.5$,I bought my dishwasher 800$ and they asked for 340$ for installation is it faire!

The attitude of the plumber was that the job was of no interest to him. He had no idea of what was required or the estimate and didn't seem to care.He gave a completely different description of the work required than the person who made the estimate. We did not use them. Very unprofessional I would not ever use this company! Nor make a recommendation to anybody to use them
