By definition, a neighbourhood restaurant should be affordable, warm and as welcoming as your grandma's house. These three characteristics perfectly describe Pot Masson, a restaurant in the Promenades Masson neighbourhood. The concept is simple: all the dishes are offered at the fixed price of $4.90, all day.
"We're a small restaurant with 90 seats and we want to bring in the locals, but more than that, we want them to come back often, so we offer affordable prices," says owner Roxane Mercier. At that price, goodwill is guaranteed. Pass by the Pot Masson during its peak hours between 4 and 7 pm and you will see just how popular it is.
