The National Pardon Centre was founded in 2002 by Michael Ashby and Nicole Levesque. It operates as a Federal Non Profit organization. Our mission is to provide the fastest and most efficient pardon and waiver services possible.
Called in to get some information from a counsellor a couple of weeks ago and got everything I needed to proceed with my applications but still had questions. Told me I could come by the office to see a counsellor for free. Went in and met a counsellor, she was extremely nice and knowledgeable. Continue the good work !
Staff aren't well trained or knowledgable about pricing of services provided. Proceed to charge customers before even being sure if they can provide the service. Not very well managed, and a long waiting time.
