I went looking for desktop cleaning/repair when I noticed high CPU temperatures and a stopped fan in my computer. KSK was quick to respond and kept me apprised of the progress on the repair (turns out my liquid cooling was damaged). Parts were quickly sourced and total turnaround time was < 24 hours. Would recommend for cleaning and evaluation of hardware issues.
I needed to have diagnostics and around 300GB of data transferred from an old XP PC that was incompatible with the latest external hard drives...I called KSK and he came by my place the very next day and had everything done and delivered it back to my place within 24 hours. Super fast and convenient service. I will definitely be using them again in the future
I was very impressed by their service. My Mac was damaged on a Sunday just before Christmas. They picked it up, which is a great service in itself , I was informed step by step throughout the process and I had it back the next day. In a world where calling any tech company means staying on hold and falling in a loop of automated messages, KSK is a breath of fresh air. Highly recommended.
