Extremely disappointed with the service from Giant Montreal. Purchased my bike (Escape City) 21 days ago and it's still not ready. They called me on Monday to say my bike was in but only needed a couple of days to tune it up; I think - that's fine, a few days won't hurt. I go in on Tuesday to get the serial number to register it with one of my two new Kryptonite locks (15 days after purchasing registration deadline was last Wednesday), and to my (frustrating) surprise they admitted that the bike wasn't even in yet, and couldn't guarantee that I'd get it by the end of the weekend! The manager sounded very annoyed when I asked if it would be ready by the end of the weekend, as if it was an unreasonable request to ask if I'd be getting my bike within 23 days after my purchase...
I'm seriously close to cancelling my whole order out of frustration! I was depending on this bike for commuting, and because of this delay I had to buy a metro pass, costing me even more money!
Very, very unsatisfied with the service from Giant Montreal!!!
