Montreal is one of the most interesting biking cities you’re likely to find in North America. There are bike lanes throughout the greater metropolitan area, and Cycle Neron is situated along one of the best. The Lachine Canal is just minutes away and Cycle Neron offers a variety of products and services to get you out exploring those lanes. “Our number one value is the well-being of our clients,” says owner David Bryson. “My number one value is the well-being of my staff. If my staff is in good shape, the clients end up happy.”
Cycle Neron’s staff is made up of bike enthusiasts. “You have to be if you work here,” says David. “The employees here are professional mechanics. We’re set up to serve.” Cycle Neron does custom positioning, which is essentially getting the bicycle to fit as close to your body type as possible.
“We don’t position you on the bike, we reposition the bike to fit you. Everybody is different from one another so fitting is very important. Everyone who’s ever been fit has been delighted with it. It really makes a difference because if you’re more comfortable, then you’re going to be more powerful on the bike. It improves the overall experience,” attests David.
I payed top dollar for a tune up of my bike, and it left the shop without some of the most basic things being done. I would never suggest this store as a suitable option for anyone who wants their bike to be acceptably serviced.
