    I always have great in-store service at the Kirkland store. But today I had exceptional service!. Omid was extremely helpful and very patient helping me at the printing counter. The way in which I had organized my digital photos was problematic for ordering but he managed to calmly figure it all out for me. I am very grateful for his time and patience. Julie W.
